🚚 Delivery Policy

Delivery Time

Delivery within Dhaka city is usually completed within 2-4 working days.

Delivery outside Dhaka is usually completed within 3-7 working days.

Due to any unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, courier issues), delivery may be delayed.

Delivery Charge

Within Dhaka: ৳ [80]

Outside Dhaka: ৳ [150] (Courier charges will be borne by the customer)

Free delivery may be applicable if there is a special offer at a specific time.

Address Responsibility

Customer must provide the correct and complete delivery address.

Jolchhap Craft will not take any responsibility if the product does not arrive due to incorrect or incomplete address.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase (Invoice/Receipt).

No damaged, used, or tag removed products will be accepted.

Refund Process

We will refund the money within 5-7 working days after receiving the return.

The money will be refunded through the same payment method (BKash, Nagad, Bank, etc.).

Delivery charges are not refundable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made for size, color, or model changes (subject to stock availability).

In case of exchange, the customer will have to bear the delivery charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased on discount or promotional offers are not returnable/refundable.

Gift cards or digital products are not refundable.
